Our Shop:
Sweet Home Quilt Co. opened for business in August, 2005. We are a family-owned business located in Historic Olde Town Conyers, GA. We are just minutes off Interstate 20, thirty miles east of downtown Atlanta.
Sweet Home Quilt Co. is a unique quilt shop that offers a welcoming and warm atmosphere to inspire you. Fabrics, supplies and a full range of classes are available, but it is the shop’s atmosphere that keeps everyone coming back. Located in historic Olde Town Conyers, Georgia, our building, which is on the National Historic Register, is an ideal space for a quilt shop, with its original 12-foot ceilings, pocket doors, and hand-carved fireplaces. The moment you walk in our front door, you’ll know we understand and share your love of quilting.
Our goal is to have the newest fabric collections from the industry’s best designers, with lots of patterns and samples to inspire your creativity. We want every customer to leave happy and ready to create something wonderful. At Sweet Home Quilt Co. you will find over 3000 bolts of quality fabric, including quilting cottons, batiks, flannels, novelties, homespuns, and reproductions. We specialize in Moda collections, and you'll also find Timeless Treasures, Benartex, Clothworks, Northcott, Windham, Hoffman and more. The shop is packed with samples, and we continually add more so you will see new items every time you visit. There are kits available for many of our samples. We also carry the latest in books, patterns and notions, and are proud to feature patterns from several local quilt designers in our shop. We are one of the few shops in the Atlanta area with a good selection of 100% wool and wool blends. A variety of wool patterns and project ideas are also in stock.
Sweet Home Quilt Co. has classes available for quilters of all levels of ability and experience. We especially love beginning quilters! Expert assistance is available from our friendly and knowledgeable staff.
