Well, I made the recipe and took it to my daughter’s house. Everyone was sick so just she and I ate it. MMMM good. I took the rest home and proceeded to eat it for the rest of the week. A couple of pounds later I must say it is delicious.

Lee, the only artichokes available at my local grocery store is a 6 oz. jar so that is what I used. I just use my kitchen shears to chop them up. Hope this helps.
